Adam Stanley is a strategic advisor to nonprofits, a real estate professional, a board director, and a former CIO/CDO/CTO/CPO. He's passionate about finding and connecting great people and helping them do amazing things. Known for building teams and driving change at inflection points, Adam has a multifaceted career that keeps him active and engaged.

He co-leads the Adam Timothy Group, a real estate agency brokered by RA Compass, advising buyers, sellers, and landlords with exceptional service and expert guidance. Adam also manages AT Real Estate Group LLC, a portfolio of investment properties across North Carolina, Texas, and Mexico.

He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of GATX Corporation, Church Mutual Insurance Company, and UBS Trumbull Property Fund. Previously, he was Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, with similar roles at Aon Corporation and Aviva plc.

After retiring from Cushman, Adam became the first Chief Experience Officer of Teach For America, transforming the TFA experience from corps recruiting to alumni engagement and teacher development. He continues pro bono advisory work for TFA and other social-good organizations.

Adam teaches as a professor of practice at Washington University and on the faculty of the Stonier Graduate School of the American Bankers Association, speaking throughout the year on leadership, diversity, and authentic relationships.

He holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Washington University, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Adam lives in Austin, Texas, with his husband Timothy and their dog Aaliyah — a mini goldendoodle with thousands of followers on Instagram.
