Collaboration: 

Nitasha Sreekumar – truly embodies the spirit of GTS & this nomination is in support of her efforts leading and completing the first GTS Employee Survey.

 

Leader at All Levels: 

Dhrupan Shah – has demonstrated great leadership qualities, and collaborated effectively with teams across GTS, other Project Teams, and Functional Areas. Dhrupan has supported the entire BPO Leadership Team, and shown the ability to influence others by presenting strong arguments and cases for decisions. He has collaborated effectively with people at all levels, including GTS colleagues in North America and EMEA, and been influential in leading GTS SD&D Teams, and Infrastructure Teams to successful solutions for Finance BPO and the business. Above all, Dhrupan has really demonstrated the ability to deliver under pressure, change processes and solution / problem solve at source without the need for escalation, and through this project has developed very strong relationships within GTS and the Business.

Joe Monroy – He includes the trust, accountability, empowerment message in EVERY meeting and actively seeks out examples from his team

 

Business Value & Innovation:

Laurence Andrews – for completion of the Network Flattening project as part of Project ONE enabling our colleagues to access critical resources easily and efficiently across the company.

Susan Ramage – worked together with her team to deliver a very ambitious and detailed scope of work under near impossible time frames in order to avoid C&W financial loss to the tune of $250k within our National Australia Bank occupier contract.
